According to Kolb’s experiential learning theory, knowledge should evolve as experiences continuously change. Therefore, the learning opportunities provided to learners need to be dynamic and help learners shape what they have already learned based on new experiences (Kolb, 1984). The capacity for digital learning tools to meet these ever-changing needs of learners is much greater than traditional, analog learning tools because of their dynamic nature. The following digital learning tools promote Kolb’s experiential learning theory.
